Vic Rattlehead is the mascot of the band Megadeth created by Dave Mustaine, who is mostly used for artwork, album covers, marketing and promotion. The character originally debuted on June 12th, 1985 on the band's first studio album, "Killing Is My Business... and Business Is Good!". He later got his own comic series, Cryptic Writings of Megadeth and a Graphic Novel, Megadeth: Death By Design, which now makes it considered to be a series.
