This Is the End is a comedy horror film written, directed and produced by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, and distributed by Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures.
The film centres on fictionalized versions of its cast, as James Franco throws a house warming party in his newly built modern Los Angeles mansion when the Rapture suddenly hits and the Biblical Apocalypse begins. Now, a handful of survivors, including Seth Rogen, Jay Baruchel, Jonah Hill, Danny McBride and Craig Robinson, desperately sheltering in James' house must make do with the rapidly decreasing food and water supplies, and figure out a way to stay alive.
