Story of Seasons

For detailed information about this series, see: The Harvest Moon Wiki

Story of Seasons is a farming simulation video game franchise owned by Marvelous.

The series used to be known as Harvest Moon outside of Japan, however the Japanese name Story of Seasons began to be used internationally starting in 2014. This is because the North American releases were originally published by Natsume, who retained ownership of the Harvest Moon name after Marvelous ended their partnership with Natsume. Natsume has since continued to publish a new series of games with the Harvest Moon name; however, these should not be considered entries in the Story of Seasons franchise.
