Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion, formerly Spooky's House of Jump Scares is a horror-themed free-roam indie video game series by Akuma Kira.

- Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion (October 23, 2014). Steam.
- Karamari Hospital (December 30, 2015). A DLC expansion set with new locations and enemies. Initially a stand-alone release from the main game in Steam, it was later included in the HD Renovation.
- Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion: HD Renovation (March 1, 2017). An updgraded port for Steam with VR compatibility to HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and OpenVR. Released for PlayStation 4 in October 29, 2019.
- Spooky's Dollhouse (October 2, 2020). A second DLC expansion set inside a dollhouse with new enemies, for both the original and HD versions. Also known as simply The Doll House.
