In Resident Evil Survivor, the first entry in the spin-off Gun Survivor series, there's a poster of Ghosts 'n Goblins located in one of the walls in the Nursery room, inside Lott's House, right above a bookshelf. The poster is a low-quality version of the main key art for the first Ghosts 'n Goblin showing Arthur protecting his Princess from a number of the game's bosses and enemies.

A number of Arcade cabinets for Capcom games can be found in one of the maps from "The Mercenaries", a special mode in Resident Evil 6.

The mode's first map, known as "Urban Chaos", is located in China and includes an abandoned Arcade location the player can enter and investigate. Inside the building there are several Arcade cabinets displaying screens from a number of old Capcom games. Ghosts 'n Goblins (shown in its Japanese version, Makai Mura) is featured in two cabinets, one displaying the game's Japanese title screen and the second showing the first area of the first stage as Arthur faces three zombies. These cabinets can be found repeated several times in this place.

There are also cabinets displaying screens from SonSon, Darkstalkers, Commando and Star Gladiator, as well as one simply showing Capcom's logo. The screenshots in question are from the Japanese version of the games.

Umbrella Corps features a number of decals based on sprites from old Capcom games. Four decals in the list are based on sprites and images from Ghosts 'n Goblins, including Arthur's walking sprite and a silhouette of him raising his arm, as well as a zombie sprite from Ghosts 'n Goblins and the Red Arremer as seen in the series' logo.

There's an easter egg poster inspired by Ghosts 'n Goblins found in the remake of Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. One of the many posters located in the walls of the subway area is an ad for a trading card game titled "Arthur: Special Edition". The artwork depics Arthur, his back facing the viewer, wielding his Golden Armor (first introduced in Ghouls 'n Ghosts) and holding a lance (his most iconic weapon) while facing his arch-nemesis the Demon King Astaroth. At the bottom one can see a display box and several stacks of cards.

The artwork itself is drawn in a very realistic art style, but the two characters are easily identifiable.
