Percyl, the Purple Pirate Penguin
Purple Pirate Penguin (Also know as Percyl or Percival the Penguin) is a fictional character created by HolyHeaven. He was created to be a sort of physical representation of the idea of crossovers. Because of this, he has no origin series and is therefore considered to be a mascot character. His first appearance was seen in Magicite in 2014 but his actual creation was even longer ago.
