Namco × Capcom is a tactical RPG game developed by Namco Bandai Games for the PlayStation 2, and released only in Japan on May 26, 2005. It's a crossover between many Namco and Capcom series.
Besides the game, Namco × Capcom Comic Anthology was released on August 25, 2005; it is a anthology manga series featuring the game's cast of characters in 14 comedic short stories.
Project X Zone serves as a spin-off series to Namco × Capcom, featuring similar gameplay structure while also following and concluding its main plot.
