Moon Knight is a comic book series created by Don Perlin and Doug Moench and published by Marvel.
The series follows Marc Spector, a mercenary left for dead in the desert after a job gone wrong. He is revived by the Egyptian Moon god Khonshu, and is appointed as his fist and high priest. Marc becomes the vigilante Moon Knight, redeeming his life of violence by now protecting and avenging the innocent. Along with his costumed alter ego, he primarily uses other identities to gain information from different social circles: millionaire businessman Steven Grant, and taxicab driver Jake Lockley.
