Happy! is a four-issue comic created by Grant Morrison and Darick Robertson, which was later turned into a live-action television series that aired on Syfy.
The series follows ex-cop-turned-hitman Nick Sax, who after a hit gone wrong, goes into cardiac arrest and is visited by a blue winged unicorn named Happy. Happy explains that he is the imaginary friend of a little girl named Hailey, who has been kidnapped by a deranged psychopath dressed as Santa Claus. Nick reluctantly agrees and the two work together to save Hailey.
