On February 19th, 2021, a Reality Log was released on Fortnite's social media accounts, teasing the Street Fighter cosmetics. The description for the video reads: :: Incoming Transmission - Reality Log 3DO-T :: Targets Description: Round 1. FIGHT. In the audio log, Agent Jones is being trained by Ryu whilst trying to recruit him as a Hunter, to unsuccessful results. He attempts to do a Hadouken, but fails. Reality 3DO-T is named after the 3DO Interactive Multiplayer console, in which Super Street Fighter II Turbo, a upgraded version of the original Street Fighter II, was released on. The "T" could also be referring to "Turbo" from the game's title.

Legendary_Fighters_Ryu_and_Chun-Li_Arrive_Through_the_Zero_Point

The Street Fighter cosmetics were officially revealed and released on February 21st, with a trailer showcasing Agent Jones transporting himself into the Street Fighter universe to transport Ryu and Chun-Li to Reality Zero. The description of the video reads: HADOKEN! The legendary fighters Ryu and Chun-Li from @StreetFighter arrive to the Island as the next set of Hunters 👊 Grab them now!

While no new Street Fighter cosmetics were released during Fortnite: Primal's duration, Chun-Li and Ryu do make cameo appearances in the Zero Crisis Finale story cinematic. Chun-Li can be seen performing a Lightning Kick on Doggo in the background as Agent Jones runs past the Hunters. Then, when Jones spots Peely, Ryu suddenly eliminates him with a Hadouken, covering Jones in his remains. He is seen celebrating his victory before being eliminated by an explosion.

Agent Jones is the first Outfit in the Chapter 2: Season 6 Battle Pass. Several of his selectable styles include a headband and a glove inspired by Ryu's look, most notably his "Jump 31" style, which depicts him as sporting a black Gi similar to Ryu or Ken's.
