In the scene Megamind (disguised as "Space Dad") trains the newly created "Tighten" in a construction site with sloping griders similar to those in Donkey Kong. After fighting a machinegun and a car, flaming barrels start rolling down, and Minion is revealed to be the one throwing them from the top, acting like Donkey Kong.

DreamWorks and Paramount, that created Megamind, don't hold any right over Nintendo's Donkey Kong, but they only included a minor reference.
