Peter_Griffin_Seeks_Fitness_Advice_from_Meowscles_-_Fortnite_Hybrid_Short

On December 2nd, 2023, a short was released, focusing on Peter Griffin seeking fitness advice from Meowscles on how to get swole. After rejecting several guides on the matter (ranging from 30 days to 1 hour), Meowscles gives him an expired jar of Slurp Juice, which Peter happily drinks, gaining a fit physique in mere seconds. A Rift opens next to Meowscles and Peter rushes into it, where he is teleported to the island.

Afterwards, he became a member of The Society, gaining his own Medallion and taking control over Snooty Steppes, currently residing on a mansion guarded by Legion Guards with a fountain resembling his magnificent figure.

Peter Griffin is the seventh Outfit in the Chapter 5: Season 1 Battle Pass, and the first in the "Family Guy" set. His design is based off his appearance in the Family Guy episode: "He's Too Sexy for His Fat", presumably due to hitbox issues. He also wears green fingerless gloves, possibly referencing his paintball gloves from the episode: "Petarded". His description is a catchphrase that he would say in the early seasons of Family Guy.

Peter's "Solid Gold Tux" style is a reference to the episode: "Lottery Fever", where Peter buys a golden tuxedo after winning the lottery. It may also be a reference to the Family Guy opening sequence, which features Peter and the rest of his family donning golden tuxedos.

Peter Griffin "Fancy" style is a reference to a gag in the episode: 'Seahorse Seashell Party" where Meg says that her family always acts like they're better than her, then cutting to Peter, Lois and Chris wearing fancy outfits.

Items[]

Peter Griffin's Hammer Pump Shotgun[]

Hammer Pump Shotgun Fortnite

Personal Hammer Pump Shotgun of Peter Griffin

Peter Griffin's Hammer Pump Shotgun was a Mythic Item in Fortnite, first added on December 3rd, 2023. It is a stronger version of the Hammer Pump Shotgun with higher stats and same functionality as the base weapon.

The weapon comes in with prefixed weapon mods, that cannot be taken off or replaced at the Mod Bench, including: Holo-13 Optic, Speed Mag, Angled Foregrip and Muzzle Brake.

Peter Griffin's Medallion[]

Peter Griffin's Medallion

Peter Griffin's Medallion was a Legendary Item in Fortnite, first added on December 3rd, 2023. It was one of the five Medallions available on the map. They do not take up inventory slots, and instead go to a separate spot in the inventory specifically for them, similar to Victory Crowns.

Once a player obtained the Medallion, they would recover Shield over time unconditionally. The amount of recovery received increases with the number of Medallions in a player's possession. Additionally, a large yellow circle will appear around the player on the mini map, roughly outlining their location for opponents. This outline will become increasingly smaller and more accurate per Medallion the player acquires.

Finally, the Medallion functioned similarly to Keycards in that they allow the player to open Vaults. They also make the player invisible to all Sentry Cameras and Sentry Turrets.

Map Changes[]

Snooty Steppes[]

Snooty Steppes is a Named Location in Fortnite: Battle Royale, that was added in Chapter 5: Season 1. It is a coastal, Italian based town owned by Peter Griffin.

Boss[]

Peter Griffin is a hostile Boss that can be found patrolling in Snooty Steppes. When Peter Griffin's Shield is depleted for the first time he will get staggered and then perform the Shake it Up Emote (Which may be a reference to a cutaway gag of the episode: "JOLO", where he's happily playing some maracas while wondering what's inside of them, thinking that there may be bones of babies inside and having some other dreadful thoughts.). Peter then enters Phase 2 and the following events will trigger afterwards:

  • Regenerates 400 Shield.
  • Summons two of either a Legion Tactical Elite, Legion Heavy Elite, or one of both.
  • Peter Griffin will start to throw Cluster Clingers, Stink Bombs, Firefly Jars, Boogie Bombs, and Shockwave Grenades.

After being eliminated, Peter drops his Medallion and Pump Shotgun (he also has a chance of dropping both or either Shockwave Grenades or Cluster Clingers.) He also performs an animation where will grab his knee while sitting and begin wincing in pain before breaking away, which is a reference to an iconic gag from the episode: "Wasted Talent". This makes Peter Griffin the second Boss to have a unique defeat animation, with the first being Darth Vader. He also drops a Healing Item and Bars.

Peter Griffin has several lines of dialogue when on patrol or threatened:

  • Aaa! I need an adult!
  • Aha! There’s me wench!
  • Alright, now where was that cool bug I saw?
  • Aw, sweet! Lets do this!
  • For every five seconds I do not have flapjacks, I shall break one window.
  • Great. My shoes are on the wrong feet. C’mon, Peter….
  • Hey, you’re not the pizza guy!
  • I've never been one to hold grudges.
  • If it makes you feel any better, I don’t care.
  • I got an idea. How about you all sit there quietly while I make Dad noises? ...Schumai. Myahhh!
  • I have an idea so smart that my head would explode if I even began to know what I was talking about.
  • I was thinkin’ about gettin’ a fancy cane. Maybe gettin’ more attention from strangers.
  • Lois, they’re being mean to me!
  • Look, if this is about those droppings in your yard, it was, uh, uh, Brian. Yeah, Brian.
  • Monsters aren’t real, Peter… Monsters aren’t real...
  • Okay. Very tired. Need… couch.
  • Put that in your office and frame it.
  • Sorry, I get cranky if I don’t have a nap.
  • This is everything I’ve dreamed of. Well this and becoming a half man half horse.
  • Thought you were Meg, sorry.
  • Where the heck is that pizza I ordered?
  • Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, what are you doing, man?!
  • You know I'm carrying three shotguns and the metal detectors picked up nothing?
  • You shouldn't have Grinded My Gears
