Disney Jr. Music is a series of animated musical shorts aimed at young children, starring characters from various Disney Junior series.
Most of the shorts focus on characters from a single series, but a few of them feature characters from many series together.
Note that various musical projects were released under the "Disney Junior Music" label, so the "Disney Junior Music shorts" fictional series refers specifically to these animated shorts and their related material.

Three series of shorts were released:
- Disney Junior Music Nursery Rhymes (September 28, 2017 - January 28, 2019), 49 shorts. Consists in remixes of nursery rhymes, lullabies, Christsmas songs, and folk songs.
- Disney Junior Music: Lullabies (July 15, 2019 - August 9, 2020), 29 original shorts, plus 10 shorts with added vocals. Consists in lullaby covers of various songs from Disney Junior shows, as well as new versions of the lullabies already featured in the Nursery Rhymes series.
- Disney Junior Music: Ready for Preschool (October 19, 2019 - Ongoing), currently counting 42 original shorts, plus 6 alternate shorts in Spanish. Consists in songs teaching basic concepts such as numbers, letters, or how to tie your shoes.
