My Name Is Earl
In a scene in the fifteenth episode of Season 2 of My Name Is Earl (Episode #39), as Earl's friends are trying to list what's good about America to a French visitor, Randy starts listing various videogames. He names Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Dig Dug, Ms. Pac-Man, Frogger and the nonexistent Ms. Frogger, then commenting "Wait, we don't have that one yet, but I'm sure the scientists are working on it."
Ironically, all the games he lists are actually Japanese, not American, and are also available in France.
