In Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 Portable, Vincent from Catherine makes his debut under the NPC moniker "Man Drinking Alone" in his dialogue boxes, appearing as a regular at the Club Escapade. His name is never revealed during the course of play, but binary data stored in the game refers to him as "Vincent."
During his chats with the player, Vincent often talks about a dream he's been having; one about him falling continuously. He mentions a superstition a couple of times, a rumour that if you don't wake up from such a dream before you hit the bottom, you will die in real life. He also mentions a girlfriend that he's "stuck with" in one of the earlier conversations; a girlfriend that he ends up cheating on and that he believes is pregnant. He wonders if his betrayal is the source of his bad dreams. Later on, he says that he has no other choice but to get married to his girlfriend because of confirmation that she's pregnant. Beyond this small amount of information that Vincent shares with the player, nothing else is known about him. However, it is notable that when he mentions that his issues have "nothing to do with your problems," the text is highlighted in red, used by the game when indicating something of importance. This comment is, of course, in reference to the fact that these problems will be explored in Catherine. The reference remains as is within the 2023 remasters of Portable.
In an interview on the internet radio show Shuukan Gēmu no Shokutaku, the game's director Katsura Hashino states that the character in Persona 3 Portable is a "Vincent lookalike" and not the man himself. Artist Shigenori Soejima added that he was asked to draw a "fake Vincent", and so put a mole on Vincent's face. Despite this, this link can still be considered an arguable Type 1, as it can be assumed that the fake Vincent is also experiencing a similar, if not the same nightmarish situations the characters in Catherine are in.

In Persona 5, a set of costumes based on the game Catherine was released as DLC. This set includes nine outfits: Vincent's Outfit (Protagonist/Joker), Orlando's Fashion (Ryuji/Skull), Stray Sheep Suit (Morgana/Mona), Catherine's Cami (Ann/Panther), Johnny's Coat (Yusuke/Fox), Katherine's Outfit (Makoto/Queen), Toby's Overalls (Futaba/Oracle), Erica's Uniform (Haru/Noir) and Boss's Suit (Akechi/Crow). In Persona 5 Royal, an extra outfit was included: Qatherine's Outfit (Sumire/Violet). This outfit differs from the rest in that it is actually a reused model of Rin from Catherine: Full Body.
When Vincent's Outfit is equipped by the Protagonist, the battle and results themes will be change to music from Catherine, specifically "Stage" and "At More Choice" respectively.
This set also includes an accessory called The Lamb's Pillow, which is a reference to Vincent's pillow. When equipped, it halves the user's rate of being inflicted with a status ailment.

Catherine: Full Body[]
Persona
Catherine
September 3, 2019
In Catherine: Full Body, Joker from Persona 5 appears as a playable DLC character within Babel and Colosseum.
When Joker is unlocked, Trisha introduces him to the viewers, and afterwards, the in-game TV displays a Phantom Thieves of Hearts insignia and plays audio of the other members indicating that they have been trapped inside Babel and that Joker is at the bottom of a tower of blocks that he has to climb to release them. While playing as Joker in Babel, Trisha's usual commentary is replaced by comments from the other Phantom Thieves. During Joker's climb in any stage, the music is also set to two Persona 5 songs: "Life Will Change" (during Levels 1-9) and "Will Power" (during Level 10).
When he successfully completes Altar, a special cutscene plays: Joker and his comrades Ryuji Sakamoto, Ann Takamaki, Yusuke Kitagawa, Makoto Nijima, Haru Okumura, Futaba Sakura and Morgana appear at Cafe Leblanc, where Joker lives and where they plan their heists. After they congratulate him, Trisha suddenly appears and startles them. She tells them that they are in a dream and that they will wake up with no memory of what has happened, which makes them uneasy, though they eventually accept. Joker however is then met with stern comments from his female teammates; possibly referencing the fact that Joker, like other Persona protagonists since Persona 3, can be in romantic relationships with multiple girls at once.

Additionally, in the Stray Sheep bar, plushies of Koromaru from Persona 3 and Morgana from Persona 5 were added along the counter next to the Teddie plush. The poster of Teddie that appears in the bathroom has been removed, however.
Several new quotes from the Persona 5 cast were also added to the loading screens:
- Begone, you twisted god! - Joker
- Aren't you tired? Let's call it a day and get some sleep. - Morgana
- 'Sup, Fist of the Phantom Star. - Ryuji Sakamoto
- We might be able to give courage to a lot more people. The world might really end up changing. - Ann Takamaki
- Through the flowers of evil blossom, be it known... Abominations are fated to perish! - Yusuke Kitagawa
- If we keep looking the other way, one day we'll actually lose sight of it... even other people's pain. - Makoto Nijima
- I'm going to trust my own eyes and my own heart to distinguish the truth from the lies. - Futaba Sakura
- We'll do this! Justice is with the Phantom Thieves! - Haru Okumura
