One of 9-Volt and 18-Volt's microgames is based on Balloon Fight.
Additionally, Mona's boss microgame "Skyway Highway" features the same gameplay as the Balloon Trip mode from Balloon Fight, but features a flying car instead of the Ballon Fighter and lightnings instead of sparks.
Also, the Balloon Trip music is one of the unlockable Records in the game.

Additionally, a in extended version of the microgame is featured as a minigame called "Balloon Trip". It plays like the microgame, but the balloon fighter can now move tridimentionally.

9-Volt's "B.Fight" microgame is based on Balloon Fight.
Additionally, one of the premade objects usable to create original microgames is the balloon from Balloon Fight, while one of the unlockable Records is the Balloon Trip music from Balloon Fight.

The game's record player mode is based on Balloon Fight. In Listen Mode, the WarioWare D.I.Y. music composer appears flying across the whole screen dressed as the Balloon Fight hero. In Play Mode, he appears small and you have to control him to collect as many notes as you can while avoiding the sparks and the fish.

One of 5-Volt's microgames is based on Balloon Fight. The player takes control of the Balloon Fighter and must pop two or three balloons depending on the difficulty. At the highest difficulty there also are beams of electricity.
